Today I got an amazing deal off of craigslist. I have been wanting a piano for a long time but we don't have the space for a "real" one. The electric keyboards are waaaayyyy too expensive. Thanks to a lovely lady, I was able to afford one today. Keyboard, stand and adaptor (I need to buy the sustain pedal but that is only fair). So, the plan is:
I will be spending a lot more time away from this keyboard
and on this one!
Happy day.

Oh Anna! We love you. Me, Matt and our FIVE kids! Maybe people scattered because you actually LOVE your kids, not just tolerate them. I felt odd with “so many” kids before I started homeschooling. Now, alot of our friends have more than we do. I learned to surround myself with people who are positive and share the same beliefs as me. Not just spiritual, but family wise as well.
Remember After School Care? We loved the adult interaction and the break in the day... It’s necessary to touch base with other people once in a while, to rejuvenate, to learn from, to listen to and talk to someone who’s diaper doesn’t need to be changed by you, who doesn’t depend on you for meals and who you don’t have to take home with you at the end of the day.
I remember feeling lonely and depleted (heck, sometimes I still do!) when my kids were small and NEEDED me for so much.
You and your lovely clan are welcome here ANYTIME (except if I have dentist appointments! HA)
Love and Hugs,
Kari
HI Anna,
I am on the Momys digest and wanted to check out your blog. Wonderful about the keyboard. That is how our daughter learned before we had enough space for a piano. Love your blog. Ours is www.southernoldpaths.blogspot.com if you'd like to check it out.
Have a great day,
Cristal Wife to David and Mom to 6 wonderful blessings.
